2. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that all personalisation details (text, photos, layout preferences) are correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
3. Personalisation
All orders are custom-made. Please ensure your photo is high resolution and your text is correctly spelled before ordering. We will contact you if there is an issue with your submitted photo or text.
4. Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
5. Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers.
