How do I send my photo and text?
Simply upload your photo and type your text directly on the product page when placing your order. You can also specify your layout preference (e.g. photo on one side, text on the other).
What photo quality do I need?
For the best print results, please use the original photo from your phone or camera โ not a screenshot or a photo of a photo. The higher the resolution, the better the print. We will let you know if your image quality is too low before printing.
Can I put any text on the mug?
Yes! Names, dates, quotes, messages, inside jokes โ anything up to 250 characters. We’ll typeset it beautifully for you.
Can I see a preview before you print?
We don’t send previews as standard, but if you have a specific layout request, just let us know in the layout preference field and we’ll do our best to match it.

What size are the mugs?
All our mugs are 11oz (325ml) โ the standard coffee mug size. Perfect for a generous cup of tea or coffee.
What material are the mugs?
Premium white ceramic, made in the UK. Sturdy, high quality and built to last.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes! All our mugs are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. We recommend placing them on the top rack of the dishwasher to preserve the print for longer.
What mug styles do you offer?
We currently offer four styles: Classic White, Black Inner & Handle, Full Black, and Magic Heat Sensitive (changes colour when filled with a hot drink).

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders within 1โ2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2โ3 working days after dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are shown at checkout. We offer competitive Royal Mail rates across the UK.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we deliver within the UK only.

Does it come in a gift box?
Yes! Every single mug comes in a beautiful presentation box with ribbon โ completely free, no extra charge. It’s ready to gift straight from the box.
๐ Returns & Problems
Can I return a personalised mug?
As all mugs are custom-made, we cannot accept returns. However, if your mug arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our part, we will send a free replacement immediately. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
My mug arrived damaged โ what do I do?
Please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement straight away, no questions asked.
